I had always used Caress or Olay bar soap as they were easy and smelled nice. However, I brought this with me on a mini vacation a few months ago and used it for the first time. I was amazed at how beautiful it smelled (I am very picky about fragrance and usually only like very clean scents). To ME, the scent is similar to Bath & Body Works Velvet Tuberose, but a lot lighter & more feminine, or a little like their old 24/7 Breathe Romance. The closest perfume scent (to me) is Estee Lauder Pleasures pure perfume, but again, this scent is a little lighter. There is also a lot of rich lather after applying it to a puffy bath sponge. I tried applying it using a wash cloth and there was no lather at all, so definitely use some type of sponge or bath gloves (my exfoliating bath gloves are the best with this)!! In addition to the heavenly, soft, feminine smell, it also leaves my skin very clean, soft, and more moisturized than any bar soap. Drugstore.com was slightly cheaper so I ordered 2 bottles. After all the time I spent looking for it, to me, it's just another shower product. Comments about philosophy amazing grace shampoo, bath & shower gel, 16 fl oz: I love the smell of philosophy's amazing grace line, I find the scent soft and feminine and quite unique. I got this product from drugstore.com but there is a home shopping company who also sells it. My bottle of 3-in-1 smells so much stronger and better than the one my grandmother purchased for herself from the home shopping website. Very pleased with my purchase! I only use this as either a bubble bath or body wash, not as a shampoo. As a bubble bath, it does not create very many bubbles and the bubbles which it does create do not last very long at all in the bath. I prefer to use as shower gel and follow up with the matching lotion!
