As recommended by Philosophy founder Cristina Carlino on one of her appearances on QVC, I use Eye Believe UNDER Hope in a Tube for maximum benefit. Although the texture is like velvet, for me, there is not enough moisture in Eye Believe to be used alone. In fact, I'm pretty sure Cristina stated that Eye Believe was not intended to be a stand alone product. It should be used in conjunction with HOPE in a TUBE, even though the directions don't state as such. That is probably why some have had issues of irritation and dryness with this product. I also like to blend it with my concealor. It goes on so smoothly with no tugging whatsoever. A++++ PRODUCT

Have loved most of the philosophy products I've tried, so was anxious to try this one. After continued use, my eyes became irritated and flaky... to much to use every day. I still use it a few times a week as the results are GREAT, but with my fair skin: too much is not a good thing.

I love this product. Best under eye cream I have found. Leaves the skin silky soft and makes using a concealer much smoother looking.

This product was OK but I just tried the Bigalow product and the Dr.Wexler products at[...] This stuff is Great!! The eyes and the face. The face product is normally[$], worth every penny!

Due to stress, age and allergies, my under eye circles are chronic, so I am always on the lookout for the product to eliminate them. Philosophy products I tend to like -- although all of them don't always work as well for me as I'd hope - the ones that do work, work well, so I took a chance and ordered the eye cream. In the past two weeks, I've noticed I don't need to wear as much concealer under my eyes - I am thrilled to pieces! You don't need much to get that result, just a little blot under each eye, and a bit on each upper lid as well. The texture is fantastic, not slippery, but kind of powdery smooth, and I love the barely there scent.

This is very drying. I layered it with hope in a tube, which helped a little bit. Do not waste your money, keep looking. Too much hype for this brand sorry.

I use Eye Believe daily, and it feels like velvet as you put it on! It minimizes lines, hydrates, and really makes your eyes look awake! I love it! Best eye cream I have ever used. The skin around my eyes has never looked better! Would definitely recommend it to a friend!

I've tried several products geared towards reducing fine lines & this is one of the better ones. I had my doubts when I first applied it because it feels so light & velvety when applied. I usually use products that have a more moisturizing feel to them. Also, I didn't notice my under eye skin looking dry through the day (which would enhance fine lines & wrinkles). I use this product daily (in the morning) & it seems to last all day. I would definately purchase this again.

I'm only 32 with a bare minimum of wrinkles (if any), so I'm using this eye cream as a preventative measure only. I have very few requirements for eye creams: mineral oil-free because mineral oil gives me milia beneath my eyes. Okay, that was only one requirement. LOL

Anyway, I can't attest to how well this is diminishing wrinkles because I don't have any around my eyes. However, it feels very silky and moisturizes the eye area. I wish this cream came with SPF for daytime usage! The most important thing for me is that it does not give me milia. Unfortunately, the Hope In A Tube eye cream (the one that comes with every Philosophy skincare kit) does. I am pleased to find a Philosophy eye cream that does not!

I loved how velvety it felt when it went on. But after using the whole tube, I did not see one bit of difference. Not worth the money, in my opinion.
