This is a great product. I noticed the difference almost immediately. I found it most beneficial under the eyes for fine lines and puffiness. I don't know if it is meant to be as a stand alone moisturizer, I found it works best when applied after Hope in a Tube (all over eye), then use this under the eye. A little goes a very long way, so although it seems very pricey, one bottle lasts 4-6 months. [...] VS Most Liked Negative Review Really hurts my eyes, too! After the first use (within 10 min.) I noticed a 'pulled up' feeling of my undereyes, so I guess that part was effective, but for the rest of the day I felt irritation beneath my skin. Just a 'hurting' sensation. I checked the ingredients and blamed it on the presence of parabens, I am very 'green' about skin care since my entire system is pretty reactive. Still not sure what the problem is; I've used it several times in what I considered "I look awful!' emergencies, but concealer can solve that just as easily, and I would rather watch my diet and keep up with exercise so I don't look 'bad' in the mirror:) REVIEWS Reviewed by 15 customers Sort by Displaying reviews 1-10 Previous | Next » 8/3/2011 (1 of 1 customers found this review helpful) Try it, you'll like it Pros

Comments about philosophy eye hope, .5 oz: It's only been a week, but I do like that it is not greasy, so it doesn't interfere with makeup application. Many products cause more puffiness, but that's not the case with eye hope. Someone told me I looked well rested yesterday. Considering the fact that I have a bad cold, and never look well rested, maybe it is working. Keeping my fingers crossed! Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Was this review helpful? Comments about philosophy eye hope, .5 oz: Used twice daily, I had hoped for a reduction in puffiness along with moisturizing to reduce the appearance of fine lines around my eyes. The moisturizing effect is good, but there was no reduction in puffiness at all. I have used less-expensive products that were better in that respect, so I'm unlikely to buy Eye Hope again. Comments about philosophy eye hope, .5 oz: An eye cream should be rather emollient, and should really moisturize and take good care of the delicate skin around the eyes. This lotion is thin, soaks right in, and doesn't feel as though there is any moisturizing going on. Not at all pleased with this product.

Comments about philosophy eye hope, .5 oz: Been using this for about 90 days and so far I love it. I use it only in the morning. Its a rich, white cream that absorbs easily and doesn't pill or flake. My concealer goes on smooth over it without creasing or sinking into lines. It instantly makes my eye area look brighter and smoother! Seems to have really helped with my dark circles and fine lines. It moisturizes really well without greasiness. I use it on upper and lower lids with no problem. I have uber tuff skin, and this does tingle a bit when I first put it on, but it only lasts a second and isn't uncomfortable. As for the sandalwood...it has multiple benefits to skin as an emollient, anti-inflammatory, and diuretic. Love the pump as its easy to control the amount that pumps out and you only need a tiny bit so it will last at least 6 months. No scent that I can detect. I'm not usually a philosophy fan, but they really did good with this one.
