It doesn't smell sweet or feminine, it smells more medical to me. But to me, that just means fragrance isn't added too much. I don't know why I've tried other moisturizers. It's light weight, absorbs quickly, does not leave my skin greesy. It also makes my pores look smaller and my skin more even and smooth. Only complain I have is that it's a bit expensive.
