I like this product but fine it a little stickier than I would like. I doesn't come off easy and a little goes a long way but it is so sticky that it becomes a little difficult to rub lips together. All in all it's a good product and I would definitely buy again.

... by the positive reviews here. Sure, "vanilla birthday cake" smells great, & initially it tastes great, too. But the flavor wears off immediately - & becomes indescribably BAD (like black pepper, only much worse) if you try to drink coffee while wearing it.

Even worse, this extremely overpriced goop is as STICKY and TACKY as GLUE! Seriously, using it is like smearing sparkly orange liquid glue on your lips & expecting a good result. Hands down, the single worst lip "balm" I've ever purchased, and a real disappointment considering the overall philosophy brand. What a waste of money!

FANTASTIC!! It seemed like I bought a new lip gloss or chap stick every week because the one's I bought either [eventually/at first] smelled bad, tasted bad, or WORST left that icky white film on my lips. THAT IS THE WORST!! I bought the Philosophy Candy Hearts, a Valentines Special, from Sephora and I instantly feel in love with its smell, sweet taste, and texture. But even better was at the end of the day, I didn't have the icky white film on my lips. I was actually surprised. Now I'll only buy Philosophy glosses

I consider myself a lip gloss FANATIC! And this is, by far, one of my favorites. It smells wonderful (taste good too), goes on smooth (not sticky at all), and looks great on! I LOVE IT. I will be purchasing more of it.

Love it!! I have like 20 half-empty tubes of lip gloss because I've never really found one I like, but philosophy made an amazing one... your lips will never be chapped if you're wearing this and it is very kissable

I purchased this for my sister's birthday along with the birthday trio shampoo/body wash. It makes a cute gift and smells and tastes yummy. It is long lasting. Very high quality.

LOVE this! I just ordered another tube to keep on my desk (my other tube stays in my purse or pocket). It tastes yummy, smells yummy, and I love vanilla bakery cakes, which is just what this reminds me of. This lasts a long time on your lips, provided you don't lick it all off! And it has just enough shimmer to give a pretty effect to my 30-something lips. It is very moisturizing, and well worth the money. I have several philosophy glosses and love them all, but this and the milk man (yummy chocolate milk) are my favorites.

This not only smells fantastic, but it tastes just like its name. And it stays on a very long time. Hours later, you can still feel the moisture it provides, as well as taste a bit of cake.
Worth every penny.

This is such a cute idea for a birthday gift for someone. I was expecting this to be just a fun thing to try, but it really does moisturize and the shimmer is very understated. It smells just like the real thing. Totally worth trying, and in a big tube I might add. Very pleased!
