I'm really enjoying using this cleanser. I have very sensitive skin which has gotten quite dry as I maneuver through menopause, so I like being able to use fewer products that are very gentle and yet get the job done. This removes makeup thoroughly and cleanses gently at the same time, and doesn't leave my face with that tight dried-out feeling. The only real downside is that it's not free of parabens.

My skin started to feel very dry and flaky about 8 years ago. The cleanser I was using wasn't working anymore and I saw Philosophy on television and decided to give it a try. Right after the first day of use, my skin felt more hydrated. Haven't looked at any other cleansers since.

I have very sensitive skin and this doesn't
irritate and it is very soothing and skin is so soft. I use it am and pm.

I don't know about this..I tried it because of all the great reviews on it..although it does remove makeup very well it dried out my skin and made me breakout I do have sensitive skin and it claims to moisturize but not so much for me..so I think this would be better for someone with oily/combination skin ..I liked the smell and wish it would have worked out for me but I guess it just wasn't for me..

I USE THIS IN THE EVENING TO REMOVE MAKEUP AND IT MAKES MY FACE FEEL SO FRESH AND CLEAN.

This didn't rock my world, but the hype was very high for this product. It's a best-seller on may beauty sites, and I have friends who like it, so I bought it when there was a philosophy sale. It's a little drying/irritating for winter, but it is effective in cleaning skin and removing make-up in one step. It also may be irritating to me b/c of the geranium or rosewood oil, which I think I may have an adverse reaction to. So if that won't bother you, and you have oily/combo skin, it should work for you!

I use this with my Clarisonic Mia and it works great. There is simply nothing wrong with this cleanser. Smells good, works great, and worth the price (a little goes a long way). This is one of those simple products that, without bells and whistles, WORKS.

I have combination skin with occasional breakouts. This works great on all parts of my face and, in several weeks of use, I've had zero breakouts. I also use the Microdelivery Peel a few times every week. Fantastic.

my first time ever buying this cleanser, I read so much reviews and some of them are negative comments. However, I rather tried it by myself, and I feel great that I did because I can feel the soft and gentle from this cleanser. I use it twice a day. I have make up on during the weekday because of work. I use this cleanser to remove my make up and the follow with Cethaphil. My face is super clean. Then in the morning routine, I use only philosophy to wash my face. Think about buying the bigger bottle. OH, and the smell doesn't bother me at all.

In many, if not most things, I am a budget conscious person, but this cleanser is so worth the money. It is so gentle & indulgent, yet gets your skin completely clean & leaves it buttery soft without feeling greasy. I've tried literally scores of cleansers but this is by far my favorite. It would make a great gift, too!
