every night before bed. and i do NOT rinse hands after use like the label says, i have very dry hands and think that it actually helps with that too (i don't apply extra to hands, just what is left after rubbing down my feet)

This is a fabulous product with a great price! I noticed results the first time I used it and feel it works better than some of the more expensive products I've tried. I plan to keep using this one - it's a winner!!!! AAA+++++++++

I've tried everything for cracked dry heels, even prescription products. Nothing gave results even close to this! I had amazing results after the first use, so I would imagine with a little time my heel calluses will be entirely gone. I just use about a pea sized amount on each heel at bedtime. Simple, and effective! Well worth the price.

This truly is a great exfoliating cream. I put it on at night and cover my feet with cotton socks. In the shower in the morning, I use a pumice stone and any dead cells are easily removed.

Being Diabetic type 2,.I have to keep a close eye on my feet and their condition. Usually they are dry, some redness and really rough in areas. They look like I've been climbing mountains barefoot. After trying numerous foot products, I find this to be the best. It softens my feet, evens skin tone, exfoliates, takes care of my dry cracked heels & soles of my feet. I use it every morning then put on socks, in the winter. In the summer, I use it before I go to bed, & in the morning my feet look great since I wear mostly sandals. I have to wash my hands afterwards because it's just too harsh on them.
It really is an amazing foot cream,..it would be better if it came in a jar and in a larger size. hate tubes,..can't get every last drop out.

This is the first foot cream I have tried that actually works. I use it a few times a week before bed. Lather it on and wear a pair of socks to bed. It absolutely exfoliates and softens skin.

I use this every night. and after about 1 week, the soles of my feet are soft. the roughness in my heels is gone. and I think the soles of my feet are more pinkish now. I have already re-ordered another tube. I love love love this product!

I use this every night before bed. I love how creamy it is and it absorbs very well. My feet feel wonderful and they are so smooth. I will never go without this!

I use this product on my feet every day and it really does what it says it will. When I first started using it, I had some peeling because it's a very effective exfoliator. Now that I've been using it for over a year, I don't have any more peeling. It keeps my feet soft and I don't have to use the pumice stone as often. I've tried a lot of foot lotions and this one is by far the best.
