While this is a little pricey it is worth every penny. It has micro-fine exfoliating granuales that are not rough/sharp but are smooth and remind me of the texture of sugar. I use this at night to super clean my skin before applying moisturizer.

I have sensitive skin and a sensitive nose. I don't like a lot of smells, and this doesn't have a strong scent either. I use daily and leaves my skin feeling very smooth. I had a problem with dry skin and this takes care of the problem removing the dryness and then I apply the Vanicream Lotion (recommended by my dermatologist).

I am a Black female in my late thirties, medium to dark brown skin with hyperpigmentation due to acne scarring. I wanted to even out my skin tone, and figured I needed something similar to a microdermabrasion. I'm on my second bottle-this stuff is great! I do not have sensitive skin, so I use it every morning in the shower. I like how I don't have to use a lot, so it lasted a few months, and is reasonably priced. At night I use PCA's pigment bar, and it works great in conjunction with the microdelivery exfoliating wash. My skin has cleared up tremendously after 2 months of use. My pores have shrunk, and my skin tone looks more even. I have just ordered PCA's phase 13 pigment gel, and I hope to have even better results by the end of the summer.

So far, I really like this wash, and have been using it about once a week to see how my skin reacts. This has improved the condition and look of my skin in just a few uses. I have fairly acne-prone skin, and am still getting the same amount of breakouts though, so I wouldn't expect magic.

I use this every night after cleansing. It is most effective when applied with the cleansing cloths. The cloths are reusable (I use one a week). The grains of this exfoliator are very small so it does a good job of getting everything off your face. It brightens your skin and shrinks pores over time. I have found that the expensive serums and moisturizers I apply at night sink into my skin more effectively when I exfoliate with this first.

I've been using this liquid face scrub for years and now that I have my beloved Clarisonic (you'd have to pry that thing from my cold dead hands) I put the Microdelivery wash on it and they work wonderfully together !!! I take my eye makeup off in the evening and wash my face and then before I get in the shower(I shower at night) I use the clarisonic with this facewash on it. I know it's like an extra step but I feel its worth it and my face is SUPER clean and very exfoliated and it's definitely worth doing it as an extra step. ((This stuff is not meant to take off the day's makeup, just so you know--its to be used on clean (or mostly clean lol) skin.))I also use this as my AM facial cleanser. It's that gentle and if they ever d/c it I don't know what I will do. Stock WAY up I guess LOL !!! Also--if you want to use this when you take your makeup off, you can mix some of this and some Purity in your hand and then you will have a good cleanser that's also "scrubby"..... I've done this many times as well.

I use this in the a.m. to wake my skin up before applying moisturizer and makeup. Makes my skin feel smooth and fresh.

I use this to exfoliate rough skin on my face. It is easily rinsed off. The particles in the product are so small and effective at improving the dry patches. Other exfoliaters have too large of particles and are rough on skin instead of smoothing like this product. I do love the product and will continue to use it but, the fragrance isn't as great as some of the other facial product Philosophy makes. That could be improved.
