Comments about Phisoderm Baby, Tear-Free Gel Wash, 8 fl oz:
Works fine for my 9 month old baby just like any other baby bath. Someone said my bathroom smell like a hospital (smell of medication) after I use this gel. I tried the bath gel myself and it cleanse with little foam. Works overall. However, you need two hands to get the soap out because there is no pump. My baby can sit up so it works, but for a new born I would get baby bath with a pump to free one hand. My baby cries anyway when water gets into her eyes so I am not sure about the tear-free part of this bath gel works or not.

Phisoderm Baby Tear Free Wash works great. It's the only wash I've used on my children (one is 21 years old and the other 5 months old). No bad reaction to skin, great smell and tear-free. It's just as I remember it 21 years ago when I used it on my oldest when she was a baby. I use it from hair to toes. I used Johnson and Johnson's baby bath once along time ago, but that broke my baby out...so from then on, I've used Phisoderm Baby Tear Free Wash. I could not find it anywhere in stores, but found it here on drugstore.com. However recently, just noticed my local [...] grocery store is selling the GEL. Until then, I had always used the WASH. The GEL foams up more than the CREAM...but they both work great...if you want more lather use the GEL, if you do not want a lot of lather on your newborn baby (which I did not), use the WASH. Anywho, just make sure you have Baby Phisoderm when you come home from the hospital (and that nasal aspirator they give you at the hospital-all other nasal aspirators you buy in store do not suction well...sorry that's a different subject)
