use twice a day; i prefer to use it with a "shower glove" to also exfoliate.
great for acne prevention; perfect for people with sensitive skin; it is not "heavy"...your face feels clean after use.
if there is already acne, it takes at least two weeks to begin to clear. the only real negative thing for me is that i cannot buy it locally.

I never had a problem with my skin until right after high school. All of a sudden I had tiny bumps all over my forehead and some on my cheeks. I tried all sorts of name brand facial cleansers, including the whole "Clinique 3-Step facial regimen". EVERYTHING either dried out my skin and/or made the breakouts worse! Until I found this inexpensive bottle of Phisoderm on the bottom shelf at the [@] I worked at at the time. This stuff worked WONDERS!!! Within days my skin felt soft and normal again! After using about 5 years they quit carrying it in stores :(. SO GLAD to have found it on here!

I have been using Phisoderm since I was a teen back in the 80's and was disappointed it was discontinued. I've looked everywhere and when I do come across it I always buy 2 or 3. My 23 year old daughter has been using it since she was 12 and won't use anything else. I also loved the phisopuff and have never been able to find it. I always check in the stores where all discontinued items end up and have only been able to find phisoderm and they only stock about 4 so I buy 2. I'm glad I found this site, I'm happy I can order phisoderm if I need too. I hope you can post where we can find the products in our area.

Phisoderm is GREAT! I've been using it 20+ years. Its getting harder to find but I hope they don't do away with it. Any other product that I use doesn't compare to Phisoderm!

I use this daily before bed, and it easily removes all the dirt and oil on my face without overdrying. I feel refreshed and seems to help minimize red, blotchy skin.

I have used pHisoderm since I was about 12 yrs old. It has always exceeded my expectations as far as cleaning and moisturizing my skin. I would be heartbroken if they ever discontinued this product.

They used to manufacture a wonderful moisturizer, but, alas, they discontinued that.

I have been using Phisoderm products for over 25 years and they have never let me down. Unfortunately they are very difficult to find in drugstores/supermarkets. This cleanser is gentle and does not leave my skin feeling tight or dry. It smells great and I love that is also removes my make-up (eyeshadow, blush, powder) all in one step. It is a true bargain and works as well, if not better, than most make-up counter cream cleansers I have used in the past.
