Comments about Physicians Formula Airbrushing Loose Powder, Creamy Natural 7315, .35 oz:

Don't let the shade name,"creamy" natural, confuse you. This is non-comedogenic just like the other two shades. I would recommend to the company that they take the word "creamy" out of the shade name since a large number of their targeted consumers are women with oily or blemish-prone skin. This product is great and I hope they continue to make it because it is SO hard to find an SPF 30 LOOSE powder/foundation. I use LOOSE powder and/or foundation, which I can shake out a little at a time and use with a brush I can wash as often as necessary, instead of pressed powder/foundation, in my attempt to prevent (acne-producing) bacterial growth and contamination in the product itself that might make acne-prone skin even worse. (If you are a dermatologist, and this precaution is unnecesary, then please correct me.)This Physician's Formula LOOSE powder/foundation is great for acne-prone skin and at same time helps protect against skin cancer with sufficient SPF rating of 30 (also hard to find in makeup in general--most seem to have only SPF 15 or 20, which is NOT sufficient.) This is good as a "daily use" facial sunscreen, but if you intend to be outside for an extended time, you should apply a regular lotion or spray sunscreen underneath this or instead because the titanium and zinc oxide ingredients in the powder reflect UV rays but do not absorb them (thus blocking them) the way regular sunscreens do.
I also love this powder because it covers fully enough to work as a foundation as well as finishing powder in one step. Other reviewers have stated that they don't like the little brush provided with this product, but I do like it because it is a flat surface brush which allows a heavier application if you want that. I have read that a heavier application is best for SPF makeup of whatever sort because it offers the complete SPF rating designated on the product. (Just as with regular sunscreen lotions or sprays, people usually don't use enough, and they don't get the full SPF protection as a result.) The brush is tiny but surprisingly easy to use if you want to apply the powder the way I do, with a fuller coverage rather than just a dusting. I still like a brush better than the applicators that are used with pressed powder or cream-to-powder foundation because the brush can be more easily and thoroughly washed with a mild liquid soap or shampoo. This is great for oily skin because it doesn't make skin more oily and does control shine as well as most (but not all) powders, but I wish Physicians Formula would add a better oil-absorbing ingredient to the product to make it even better. My face still gets shiny after a couple of hours, but keep in mind my skin is extremely oily. Almay Nearly Naked loose powder seems to control shine a little better for me, but it does not have an SPF, and that is the primary purpose for me buying this product.

Comments about Physicians Formula Airbrushing Loose Powder, Creamy Natural 7315, .35 oz:

I've looked forward to using this product for a while and it did not disappoint! I've previously used Mineral Wear Loose Powder before, and this offers much more coverage. I've ditched my foundation completely, and now I only use this over some sunscreen/moisturizer. It blends into my skin flawlessly and it covers most of my acne scars. I like the way I don't look like I'm wearing a bunch of makeup to cover up my blemishes. I wish PF had a greater variety of shades. I'm fair with golden undertone, and creamy natural seems to be just slightly too beige for me. Luckily, this isn't a huge issue. As for the brush, I will probably use my regular go-to brush. I purchased this on a trip, so I didn't have my brush with me, but the included brush worked just fine in creating the flawless, air-brushed look I desired.

Comments about Physicians Formula Airbrushing Loose Powder, Creamy Natural 7315, .35 oz:

I debated between this airbrushed long lasting formula, and the PF regular loose mineral powder. I'm glad I chose this one because it's identical to BE's mineral foundation. Reviews of PF's regular loose powder said it had very light coverage, but this provides plenty, and allows you to adjust how much you use based on the brush you use. Speaking of the brush, the one included is worthless - throw it away and use a kabuki. The packaging is a little silly too - looks like a plastic Easter egg. I'm actually thinking of putting this in an old BE jar (which is simple, yet works perfectly - hint hint PF!). This seems to perform better than the BE brand as well. I had stopped using that brand because it didn't control oil well and settled into every pore and didn't hold up in this 100+ degree weather. This PF stuff is amazing! I use the correcting powder first, then this. No oil at the end of the day, and no settling. When they say its 16hr wearable formula, they mean it. It didn't melt, or rub off. Will be buying this again, just going to have to put it in my own jar. Oh, and I have very fair skin, and the creamy natural color worked just fine.
