I don't know if I just got a bad batch of this, but I found it to be like trying to apply white elmers glue. Brush it on and then try to blend it into a bunch of little pieces that look like peeling skin! Gross! And for those who like the brush applicator, who wants to have to wash and sanitize a brush everytime you put this on? ...if you don't it dries on the brush like putty. I don't have enough time in my busy life for products like this.

I bought this because of all the praises I saw in the review, but I'm very disappointed. The texture of the primer is NOT smooth at all! When applying it feels like there's sand mixed in it, it's not moisturizing and quiet dry so it does NOT blend well easily. And all the redness coverage everybody's praising about did not occur to me. I also bought the green one for a little redness, with liquid foundation on top of the primer, my skin still appears red.

Comments about Physicians Formula Correcting Primer 3-in-1 Corrector + Primer + Sun Protection, Green 7328, .5 fl oz:

I have very fair skin with some mild redness that peaks through my make up by the middle of the day. I decided to give this a try based on the reviews and having read somewhere that green toner will reduce redness. I'm very happy I decided to give it a try. It does reduce the redness for several hours. The directions say to reapply during the day. I wear this over my moisturizer but under my make up so I don't reapply. I would be happy with this just for the fact that it has really toned down the redness in my face. However, the other benefit which I actually like better is the incredibly smooth, even foundation is adds to my skin. It's a really nice base for my make up which goes on much smoother over this primer and looks much more even.

After I apply my regular moisturizer, I apply this primer. It does seem a little thick when dispensed but it goes on smoothly and feels lightweight when applied. If I hadn't read the reviews, I would have thought this was a powder given the brush applicator. I find it is only useful to dot the primer on my face and then I just use my fingertips to spread.

Now that I've used this, I can't imagine not having it.

I like this product a lot! It dispenses easily onto the attached brush with a quick turn of the head. I use the green as it neutralizes redness, which I have on my chin & sometimes my cheeks. It can feel a bit heavy or thick when going on, but that feeling doesn't last. It's lighter than regular concealers that I've tried & color matching, which can be a challenge, is no longer a problem. It helps to make a moisturized base for applying foundation.

Was so happy to use a product that helps fill in lines and most importantly it covers up uneven skin tone & redness. Highly recommend for use over moisturizer and under foundation.

I have extreme rosacea which greatly effects my cheeks and nose. Even the prescription medications I take (oral and topical) don't provide control; worse, there are times when my nose is brighter than Rudolph's and it seems there's nothing I can do to hide the red. After reading about this product on a makeup review site I thought I'd give it a try. Bar none, it's the best thing I've used to cover the red. It's one coat coverage. It doesn't interfere with my very lightweight tinted moisturizer that I wear as a foundation, and it lasts all day! This product is hard to find so, as always, I'm so grateful that drugstore.com has plenty on hand. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE keep it forever!

I got the green primer and I'm very pleased with the product itself. Noticeably reduces overall redness. Do not expect it to cover up spots or especially red areas--use a concealer for that. I have eczema and it does not irritate when I have a flare-up. Very nice texture, long-lasting, and helps foundation go on better/smoother. I would not wear this primer without applying foundation on top. The only thing I don't like is the packaging. The twist dispenser is a little difficult to turn. The brush is unnecessary and unsanitary/awkward to clean. I would prefer if it came in a squeeze tube, because you end up blending it in with your fingers anyway. That said, I would still recommend this product, especially to those with fair, pink-toned skin. Worth the money and I will definitely be re-purchasing.

I *adore* this product, and am so sad it has disappeared from my local stores.

I wear this primer alone, without foundation or powder, and rarely with concealer.

I have very sensitive skin, and also have Lupus, which means I have a malar rash (very red cheeks.) This tones everything down without washing me out. I get so many compliments on my skin when I am wearing this product.
