Yes, the packaging is weird, with the little brush. After the first time, though it just needs a few twists, and you can use your fingers to dot it on your face before smoothing. It feels kind of heavy/sticky putting it on, but it smooths on well and looks very natural. I like that it has sunscreen in it and doesn't look obvious on the face--it's a nice primer layer.

This Primer is AMAZING! I don't even wear foundation over it - the primer alone will do! Of course, that's if you prefer a more "natural look" and don't insist on your skin looking 100% flawless. Yes, this primer (which is lightly tinted) will not cover all your imperfections, but IT WILL smooth out your skin, even out your color, and cover your pores by A LOT. As for the brush being difficult to use - Just don't use it!! Duh. I simply twist the top to make the primer come out and let a few drops fall out onto a clean area of my sink, the I just dab it on with my fingers. You need to use your fingers to smooth it out anyway, just use those fingers from the beginning! I don't think I've ever even used the brush...

Product stays in the middle where it comes out of the tube and when you put it on your face it goes on in lines. Cannot use the brush at all to spread it out.

I found this to be too little product in too much packaging. Applicator is awkward to use and unnecessary. I couldn't figure out how to get the stuff out for the longest while. All in all, I would not recommend it.

I like a lot about this product. I like the applicator - works great. I like the idea of a primer/corrector with sunscreen. It looked good by itself when I applied it over my moisturizer. HOWEVER, my powder foundation looked awful on top of it. Every pore stood out like a bright white dot and my makeup was very thick looking although I applied it with a light hand as always.

I use this before i apply my stick foundation and powder. I saw no results with the primer alone, with the foundation or the powder, i have done all three seperately and then used the primer with each product mentioned above. nothing, my lines were WAY more noticeable, my pores stood out light a street light at night. it is good for the spf factor and the staying power for the foundation. I will not purchase again.

This primer is great! I use the "nude" color. It smooths on nicely and makes my pores and other imperfections less visible. It also lives up to its promise of helping your makeup last all day -- I see a lot more makeup on the cleansing cloth at the end of the day. I sometimes use a little foundation on top of this on problem areas, but most days this is all I use. I also like that it has sun protection. Great product!
For first application allow 10-15 twists for product to flow through the applicator. After first use, twist 1-2 times for the perfect dose. Using the brush, apply to the center of the face, sweeping outward in upward movements. Gently use fingertips to blend into skin. Use alone or under makeup.
