I really loved this compact for the first few months, but for the price I would have wanted my colors completely separated. The problem is, after using for a long time, you eventually hit a point where the other colors poke through the color you want to use. So the midtone color becomes a giant spot in the middle of your highlight, etc. Would be great if they didn't layer the colors like that so you could actually use till each color is gone.

I have two of these nifty gadgets in different colors - love them both. The only minor downfall is that it only comes with one little applicator. I blend the colors so it's not that big of an issue, but additional applicators/a place to hold them would make this little kit ideal.
Use each shade individually or combine shades for a more sophisticated look.
Tip for Lining
Flat side for applying color all over the lid.
Slanted top for applying contour color
To create a bronzed look:
Sweep medium shade over lid as base.
Apply light shade to browbone to highlight.
Use dark shade to contour and line eyes with pointed tip of applicator. For the most dramatic results and longer lasting wear, lightly wet pro-sponge applicator before sweeping over powder.
