Correct & Cover Method: To perfectly hide under-eye circles, first dab soft yellow concealer on the problem area to optically correct the bluish cast. Gently blend with a makeup applicator or clean fingertip until the bluish tone is neutralized. Next, pat on a Physicians Formula makeup (do not rub) over concealed areas, then apply to the remainder of the face for a completely uniform makeup. Concealer under makeup allows for lighter application of foundation once flaws have been "neutralized". Powder lightly for lasting coverage.
