First I remove my eye makeup with a suitable product for waterproof mascara, then I remove all face makeup with this toner. It's very hard to find a product that is alcohol-free AND fragrance-free. I love this product!!

Service and delivery comments:

My delivery was very prompt, however 4-5 of the 8 bottles ordered were either smashed or leaking. Drugstore.com needs to pack products much better - perhaps with bubble-wrap and bubble-packing.

While they tried to shrink wrap each bottle, it totally did NOT work and the tops were loose and leaking everywhere.

They did replace my defective bottles. After significant pressure, they also provided me with a small customer-service gesture. I was disappointed that this was not offered willingly and that I had to threaten to never order from them again.

This is hands down the best, most gentle toner I have ever used. There is nothing on the market (price withstanding), that can even hold a candle to it. The price and quality of it are unbelievable. I would be lost if they discontinued this.

This is gentle and fragrance-free, and I have used this literally for years - approximately over 4 years, which is when I first discovered it. At the time, I had combo-dry skin and used it because it didn't strip my skin. Now that I am dry to very dry, I still use it. If you are irritated or annoyed by fragrance, want something alcohol-free, menthol and camphor-free, and witch-hazel-free, try this. It doesn't have anything irritating in its ingredient list.
