I'm older so not every eye shadow works well but this one does. It blends well and doesn't crease.It is a perfect color for older skin. Very natural looking while adding color.

I like how it applies, but it wears off quickly, at least on me. I also got it because a past reviewer noted that it does not fill in the cracks and helps her look younger, no, not in my case either.

This quad has been my go-to shadow kit for years. It is matte, but does not look overly powdery or emphasize eyelid creases. I appreciate this even more now that I am older. The colors blend seamlessly, and provide an all-in-one product. I use the off-white as a highlighter, the lighter brown shade on the lid, the slightly darker brown in the crease, and I use a wet wedge-shaped eyeliner brush to apply the gray shade as an eyeliner. It makes my blue eyes pop! I think this would complement all eye colors, however, because the colors are so neutral. The final effect makes you look very polished and not overly "made-up". The only drawback is the fact that I use more of the lighter two colors so I have to buy a new one just to replace those two colors. It would be perfect if more of those two colors were provided. Other than that, this is an amazing, inexpensive, no-nonsense product.

This product has no shimmer which is perfect for older eyelids that have some wrinkles. I find that shimmer exacerbates the wrinkes and it is hard to find a product these days without shimmer! Fantastic product.

The brand I normally use isnt so easy breezy anymore cause they changed the ingrediants and whatever it is they put in there I had an allergic reaction to. My eyes swelled up, got really dry and sore!!! I used this stuff with no problem!!! Doc said I may not be able to use eyeshadow anymore. But this doesnt bother my eyes at all!! Thank you very much!!!

Love this eyeshadow. It is almost impossible to find one these days that goes on matte. The palest shade works wonderfully as an all-over wash and helps my liquid eyeliner stay on without smudging. The other colors are wonderful neutrals that you can wear to work or smoke up for a night out. I'm pleased that all four colors in this palette are highly usable, the pigmentation is awesome and even though the packaging is lousy, the applicator that it comes with isn't all too bad. I can say without any reservation whatsoever that this is my favorite eyeshadow palette. I also have sensitive eyes that can itch but do not have this problem with this product. Will buy again and again. Only problem is that the first one I bought from drugstore.com broke in transit. Customer Service promptly refunded but had all the good humor and courtesy of Hugh Laurie as Dr. House. They should really start bubblewrapping fragile merchandise like this.

Service and delivery comments:

My product arrived cracked. All the product had fallen out and was a big powdery mess. I emailed customer service and they refunded me promptly, although the person who sent the email practically treated me like a criminal and said that they would only entertain refunds etc once per household. Anyway, I took a risk and reordered the product and it arrived undamaged this time. I highly suggest drugstore.com bubblewrap merchandise that is prone to cracking during shipment.

I did a site search for cream eye shadows, so when this turned up in my results, I bought it. When it arrived, I could see that it's a powder eye shadow. I will try applying it with a wet brush and see what happens. I couldn't return it because I opened it and rubbed my finger across a color to see if it was cream.

I was looking for non-sparkly eyeshadow. This is definitely it. The only problem is it's so flat, it looks like chalk. Drying, unflattering, especially for wrinkly eyes. The colors looked great in the palette, but not in real life.

It is very difficult to find matt colors these days because everything sparkles, which is not flattering for "mature" skin. I love this! Very easy to use and great colors.
