I was a little hesitant about trying a drugstore-type shadow because I haven't been too happy with other brands in the past, but the reviews were so good. I was pleasantly surprised! The texture is different than any shadow I've used before and it is amazing. If you touch it with your finger it feels more like a cream and I worried about it making a mess of my brushes. But it turns into a powder on the brush and spreads incredibly smoothly on my lid - there is zero fallout or crumble because it is still not like a normal powder shadow. Very blendable, very natural and very subtle. No sheen or sparkle. Perfect for the office and everyday wear. I have the expensive nude palettes, but don't even look at them now. It goes on very smoothly, can see the color immediately and it looks very classy. I also use the darker color to enhance my eyebrows. It stays on all day and I don't have to re-do if I'm going out in the evening.

For me the older I get the better the matte finishes look on the eye lid. Thanks for making it so easy to shop at the drugstore.

The shipping dept. needs to use bubble wrap when shipping, my first one arrived all crumbled, however it was cheerfully replaced, NO problems! I will purchase more in the future !
