You need to apply lightly, it is possible to use to much and then it doesn't look natural. I like this better than any of the natural minerals items I have tried in the past.

May be worn alone or over makeup. Sweep over pebbles and brush or buff on powder evenly over face and neck to even out skin tone with a complexion-enhancing glow. For best results on dry to very dry skin, apply moisturizer prior to using powder. Keep out of reach of children.
