Excellent stuff. My cheeks and chin are always extremely red and inflamed-looking, and (over my foundation), this does an excellent job of neutralizing that redness. I could do without the sparkles, but under my setting powder it looks fine.

I would recommend this item to anyone with red skin. I use an acne cream, which makes my complexion very red, and I find that the green neutralizes fairly well. I don't like to wear a lot of makeup, particuliarly concealers or liquid foundations, so I've found this product great for on the go or under a light powder (I use the multi-colored face powders from PF as well). Just make sure your skin is well moisturized before you apply it, and it will spread evenly.

I have rosacea, and this product is life-saver! I only use it where redness-prone and this really evens out my skin-tone. It's allowed my rosacea to heal from foundation damage, and now I only use 1/2 my rosacea medication! It doesn't clog my pores, and now no one except my doctor and my hubby know I've got skin problems. Since using this product, a coworker even called me a liar when I said that I have rosacea; she was so jealous of how clear my skin looked!
Regarding other reviews:
1) I don't sweat much, so I don't know what happens if this gets wet. It's never been an issue for me and I never have problems with it looking unnatural.
2) This can appear green on non-red skin, so if you're just blotchy from a pimple or two, this might not be for you. If your redness is over a larger more uniform area, like with rosacea, this is perfect.
My Skin Tone: Lightest ivory with olive undertones (thanks to my Swedish/Mongolian heritage).
FOR ROSACEA - THIS PRODUCT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This powder does a good job with neutralizing red areas. However, if you have blotchy skin, you'll end up with neutralized red areas in some places, and green blotches in others. I'm pretty pale, and any non-red skin was turned green. You're better off just wearing foundation or tinted moisturizer.

I found this product to be very unpredictable. When it was good, it was very good, and I used it a number of times to cover up after getting a sunburn. However, when I started biking to work, the slightest bit of perspiration or light rain would leave me with green tinges on my cheeks.
At the time, I didn't wear much makeup, so it was a subtle way to deal with my red cheeks and nose, but now I find a sheer foundation and a little flesh-toned concealer is just as effective, and doesn't react as poorly with moisture.

My face blushes very easily and I suffer from rosacea - this really helps with the redness at a reasonable cost. I put it over my tinted Neutrogena moisturizer, and I have lightweight coverage for my sensitive skin.
