The malibu strip/ pink sand color is a very pale bronzer even on my fair skin. The shimmer acts more like a highlighter than giving off a bronzed or tan appearance. I just swirl all the colors together with a fluffy brush and it gives your face a beachy dewy glow. The amount of shimmer might be a bit much for some, but as a highlighter it works well.
