I didn't have huge expectations because nothing else I bought had ever worked. Cool Flash worked the first time that I used it and every time since. Then another friend who has hot flashes from cancer treatments tried it. It works great for her too so I gave her my tube. I just bought 3 more to replenish our supply and help spread the relief. The hot flashes that I get from the treatment is almost worse than the cancer, and I'm not allowed to take any hormonal drug threrapy to help. My doctor recommended that I use Cool Flash. I get more of them then any of my friends, morning, night, afternoon, all the time. Cool Flash gives me enough relief where I don't have to stop everything and feel embarrassed.
