I have used Phyto products for more than 20 years. I have fine, blonde hair (but a lot of it); I keep it blonde via regular foils. I use Phytocitrus at least once/week to help maintain shine and brightness. I alternate with Phytodensium or Phytojoba.
I wash my hair twice. I use only a small amount of shampoo - a little goes a long way with this product! The first wash will not lather as robustly as the second but it is cleaning and conditioning your hair.

i have been using this product for years, literally. maybe about 10 years or so, and i love it! it nourishes my hair, makes the blonde in my hair pop and sparkle. it is fantastic! i don't use it everyday since it's a bit pricey, but i always keep it on hand, and use it once every two weeks or so. (i don't wash my hair everyday to prevent it from drying out, but even if you do, washing it with this shampoo once to twice a week should be enough.)

I have tried many products and this one is one of my favorites. I have color treated hair and it nourishes and gives my hair tremendous volume. I alternate this shampoo with others, but it can be used daily as well.

I used to get small sores all over my head from using regular and salon products. This is the first shampoo that I have used that hasn't caused my scalp to break out. I have loved all phyto products- expensive but worth it!! Great on color treated hair. My hair is normal- not dry or oily. It leaves my hair with body and not weighted down. I use the phytobaume conditioner and sometimes the phytocitrus deep conditioner. Love them all.

Product does not lather well. It does clean your hair, but does not leave it shiny and silky like my current product does. (Paul Mitchell Original Shampo One) It leaves your hair with a residue or film that makes your hair appear dirty sooner. I tried this product because I have colored fine hair and because of the promises the manufacturer made on the product description. Sorry but this product does not perform as promised and is way over priced! Going back to my Shampoo One - which by the way not only performs well but smells great!
Wet hair thoroughly and apply shampoo, massaging to work up a rich lather.
Leave on to take effect for a few minutes.
Rinse off. Reapply if necessary.
