I started with taking the first step. That didn't do anything...when I upped it to two, I lost 2lbs in 2 days. Which is good for me...only 11 more to go, post partum. (not breastfeeding!!!!) It makes me more hungry, but I have great self control so I don't care. Just needed a plateau push.

I commented that this product doesn't make me jittery but I think it could for the average person. I happen to have Lyme Disease and I take pain medications that make me lazy so it's very possible that's the main reason these pills don't make me jittery from the caffeine in them. They do work to help kill my appetite but I've had days when I forgot to take more of them after lunchtime and I end up starving by evening which is the worst time to be eating. Also, I don't take the recommended dose of 3 at a time. I've been taking 2 after breakfast and when I remember, I take 2 more later in the day. If you take 3 of them twice a day, you might need something to help you sleep but I honestly don't know because my health is bad. I have problems sleeping anyway, due to my illness, so it's hard for me to give an accurate review.

I bought Ultimate Fat Burner at [@] six days ago because it was inexpensive and I've been meaning to give some weightloss supplements a go. I LOVE it! Make sure you read the box though, I just read the bottle and started right off with 3 pills twice a day when you're actually just supposted to have one pill twice a day oops :P So my body didn't react too well to the caffeene at first, and I was insanely hungry but That only lasted about a day and didn't stop me from persuing my daily activities. I noticed changes almost immediately. I didn't crave the foods I knew were bad for weightloss, I was drinking more water, and even before I was able to go back to the gym (4 days after I started this pill) I was seeing the changes to my body. My hips are finally shrinking!! Now that i've been back to the gym for a couple of days of light workouts I'm seeing even more results. I don't have a scale so I can't tell you exactly how many pounds I've lost. I start my second week on saturday and I can't wait to see what another week will bring.

I took bought the product from shoppers drugmart, for about $12dollars per bottle. I took as directed and excercises hard cardio circut workouts daily for 30-45 minutes, and ate healthy, approx 1850-2200 calories per day. In 1 week I lost 2 pounds.
I have seen better results without using any diet pills, and was actually expecting better results without the aid of any pills. Logically I thought the effect would amplify my weight loss, but I've even considered that these pills may have hindered it.

I started this product on monday and here it is friday and I have already lost 7pds in 5days. And the price is soooooo affordable that I am going back to [@] this weekend and picking up more. I cant wait to see how much I lose after 2bottles. I want to thank the makers of who made this product because I think I have finally found my mircale pill that works for me. Yeah the bottle might say lose 30lbs but it doesnt tell you anywhere on there how long it will take to lose that 30lbss with this product. I do not exercise AT ALL on these pills and I eat three meals a day. I dont eat alot but I atleast put something in my stomach cause if you dont and you are like me you will get a headache. So even if you dont feel hungry atleast snack on something. I will mos def come back and write another review to let you know how long it took me to lose 30lbs with this pill. So keep a look out.

this seriously works i started taking this on friday, it's sunday now and i've lost 3 pounds. i've been eating regularly like normal. i don't feel any different at all. it's an awesome product and it works really fast!never take this pill with an empty stomach. you can even take fruit with this product
Adults: Take 3 caplets in the morning with food and 3 caplets 6 hours later with an afternoon meal or snack, each time with 8 oz. of water. Do not exceed 6 caplets in a 24-hour period. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime. This product should be used in conjunction with a reduced-calorie diet and regular exercise program. Read the entire label before use and follow directions.
