Once I read about these drops making a comeback, I was overly excited and ordered three bags right away. Imagine my disappointment when the flavor tasted nothing like the originals from the 1980's. The coloring of the drops even looks lighter from what I remember. Please bring the old formula back for the honey drops!!! So happy to find these drops on-line! I used them in the 70's and remember the little box with wax paper lining! Will definitely be ordering more when I finish my current supply! Softish Throat Drops, Natural Honey, 26 ea: Inconsistent - one that I got said "62 mg" of glycerin, then another one said "65 mg" and they were definitely a different taste and odor. More flowery type of smell and taste was not good. The cherry I've gotten have been better than the honey, Hope Pine Bros. go back to original formula in the honey flavor. Considering I used to eat these as a kid I can't understand how I would have ever liked it. The taste had to have changed, I remember lemon flavor. These are just honey.
