I took this to aid in my spider veins and poor circulation. However, I only took these twice, sometimes only once a day, but developed severe migraines and dizziness and naucea. I had to stop taking them. It says on the bottle, take in between meals and don't skip meals. I skipped some meals or was not good about my eating routine so this was definitely, partly my fault. It also wasn't clear if it was safe to take after dinner, before bed, but my headaches were worse in the morning. I may pick this up again when I have a more stable routine since you don't see real results until having taken this for about 3 weeks, so I can't accurately say if it worked and if it did anything for me or not.
