I like this mix. I'd say it's about 50% almonds, 40% cashews & 10% macadamia nuts. I'd prefer it to be a far more balanced mix, but I realize that would make it higher-fat & probably less nutritious, so I accept it. I do love that this mixture has 5 grams less of sodium than even the lower-salt mixed nuts which Planters offers. Nuts need very little salt, they are so flavorable on their own, and it's healthier w/o all the sodium, too. I just have to watch the portion control, because like all containers of good nuts, this is hard to put down!
