I was very skeptical about any product having the ability to break down and soften plaque. I used this for 6 mos prior to my last visit and my hygienist exclaimed "GREAT job!". Very little plaque buildup at all, which was different than previous visits. I have a busy work schedule and dont have time to stop and brush my teeth during the day. This product has saved me and i will never go without it.
