Well this is a nice tampon. Its easy to put in and take out and gives you moderate protection. But they are a bit expensive.

I avoided using tampons until I tried these, they are slim and comfortable, and enable me to workout as well as I do the rest of the month. My flow is moderate to light, these work great for that.

Other brands I tried were simply too bulky/big and I was very uncomfortable, for my smaller size. Only wish I had discovered these earlier!

Lately, I can only get these here at Drugstore, very glad they still stock them.

I'm not a "small" person, but I'm small in the feminine area. Growing up, I could never use tampons. I could only use them after having kids. Even then, the only ones I could use were "junior" size tampons, and they just never fit my body right. The shape of the Playtex tampons fit my body best, but even their regular tampons are just a bit too big for me to use comfortably. The Playtex Slender are just perfect. These are no longer stocked at any drug stores local to me, and when they are, the cost is almost the same for 1/2 the product in this box.

I am am in my late 20's and have used Tampax cardboard applicator tampons rarely for swimming, but never on a regular basis. I wanted to try switching completely to tampons. My flow is very light and so I tried Tampax Lites. Inserting the Tampax was not painful, but not pleasant either. The string is braided, and therefore a little thick and slightly rough...I could feel it until I took the tampon out. I saw that a lot of women recommended Playtex on the internet, and that Playtex came in a "Slender Lite" and "Slender Regular" box--so I bought some. I could tell the difference right away. It was quick and very easy to insert it, no discomfort at all. The string is almost a silky material, and very thin. As I walked out of the bathroom I thought, "This is the first time today that I have not felt the string!" I'm glad that I tried the Playtex or I would probably have been turned off from using tampons altogether. I highly recommend try them, especially if you are new to tampons.

Great protection for my needs. I have been using Playtex tampons since my early teens. I love the comfortable, smooth (smoothest compared to the other brands) applicator and appropriate for my flow. One is suppose to use the most minimal absorbancy to avoid TSS.
Now in my late 40's, active, traveler and still on BC, my periods are short and light and the slender regular/lite combo is perfect for my needs. I will be a faithful user until the end.
I would highly suggest for as an intro to using tampons.

These slender tampons are great for me. I am a small teenager.
I am 5ft. and weigh 97lbs. The only regular tampons I can use are the slender regular. The lite are good for lighter days.

I was a loyal Tampax user until my friend had me try these. They're so much more comfortable than Tampax is! The applicator is smoother, it doesn't have that annoying braid thingy like Tampax does, and the wrappers are very discreet. I have a pretty light period (Regular is the highest absorbency I need, unless I have a pretty heavy day, then I'll use Playtex Sport in Super absorbency), and these are perfect! I'm never using anything else but Playtex.

Playtex are the most comfortable to insert, wear, AND remove. The only brand for me.
