This is a great product that is not sold off-line so I always stock up on them here as needed. For years my period has been very heavy and these really help me out. I used to not be able to go anywhere on day 1, 2 and 3 of my period. Now I can travel, shop and lead a normal life without fear of embarrassing leakages. When I learned that tampons made an Ultra size I tried all brands on this site and found that Playtex made the best and most comfortable and absorbant. I have reclaimed my life from my period so I am real happy now..

I bought these because I was experiencing leaks with super plus tampons. Playtex Ultra tampons are comfortable and provide good protection on heavy days. I didn't give more than 3 stars because I still have an issue with leaking - leaked just shy of 4 hours - but the issue could be with my body.

Like many women my first day or two of my period are my heaviest. I used super plus but there was still spotting. Once I discovered the Ultra, there was no turning back. These perform like no other especially during long flights. I hope they never stop making these.

I use these for the first couple of heavy days particularly over night. The playtex ultra offer the highest absorbency from what I've seen so far. They could last longer at night but at least I only have to get up and change once or twice rather than multiple times.

These are the only tampons that can handle the first couple of days of my period. I absolutely love them and I love that I can still find them here. I order these regularly and highly recommend them to women like me who have heavy flow days for which "super plus" tampons barely work. You'll also find that you use fewer tampons and you'll save a bit of money as well.

This product is great for "heavy" days and also nights. Where I live, I can't find this product in any local stores, so I am grateful that I can order it through Drugstore.com.
