I tried whitening strips, but the results didn't last long, and I didn't like fussing with them. This works just as well for me, and all I have to do is brush my teeth. I used Plus White's 5 Minute teeth whitener with success so thought I'd add their toothpaste. My mouth was a little sore using the whitener, but I didn't attribute that to the whitener UNTIL I added the toothpaste. In a matter of a couple of days the inside of my lower lip was a mass of canker sores. As soon as I stopped using the Plus White products and rinsed twice a day with half strength hydrogen peroxide and water my mouth was totally healed. When I browsed this site and saw toothpaste made specifically for coffe drinkers, I ordered the product. I believe it has helped a little--definitely cleans well. I just need to remember to drink my coffee through a straw! I will continue to use this. Pros

I noticed a huge difference after only a couple days! It whitens teeth better than anything else I've tried (including strips) and is so easy since it's simply toothpaste. Inexpensive, effective, and incredibly easy to use (just brush your teeth!) I can't find it anywhere in the US so have to order it online. Bought 4 tubes to stock up on it. Great product! Pros

I use it in addition to Colgate because I think Colgate has better cavity fighting ingredients in their product. I brush my teeth about 4-5 times a day, I'm weird.
