Decided to take a chance on this after reading the mixed reviews, since the price was pretty cheap. I was concerned about people saying it was runny and not gel. I received the tube and opened the packaging. In an insert in the packaging it states if the tube is runny please call the manufacturer for replacement because the product has been subjected to over heating in shipping. So obviously anybody that had that issue they are aware of it and have addressed it. My tube was perfect, if anything the gel is super thick. I have custom trays from a dentist so I put some gel in them and spread it out with a q-tip. I have to say this tastes about a million times better then the whitener from the dentist. Also only suppose to leave in 5-15 minutes vs 30 minutes. Can't beat the price. I have only used it twice I think it is doing a good job but I also have already white teeth just maintaining them. In the directions it also says you can just put the gel on your toothbrush and apply or on a q-tip or in trays you buy in the kit they make (sold on drugstore.com) as this is just the tube of gel. The size of this tube and as little as I have to use in my trays 1-2 times a week for maintenence, I am thinking this tube is going to last a VERY LONG time. A very good bargain, worth a try for anybody.

I Report this when I return the first Bad Tub of this Gel and you replaced my Bad Tub with another Bad Tub of " Plus White Teeth Whitener Gel, 3ozs. " What is going on with this? Am I waisting my time here? I still have the 2nd Bad Tub you sent to replace the first Bad Product, what should I do with it? It smells horrible and definitely is not what I use to get when I bought it at another Store. I would appreciated you crediting $ me back for this Runny Solutions (of what I don't know???) I am a good customer and feel you should "Look Into The Problem" and not just "Keep Sending Out Something That Has Gone Bad..." Please Contact Me About This.... Leola Adcock PS... I had very yellow teeth, and this whitened them very well! They aren't bleach-white, but a nice natural white. Definitely worth the low price!
I originally bought the whole kit (pre-wash, tray, and whitener) and the tube of whitener that comes with it tastes HORRIBLE!! It's very thick so I used it within a week of twice daily applications and had to buy a new bottle. The individual bottles are flavored mint and are much easier to use. However, I would recommend getting the whole kit for a few more bucks unless you already have a mouth tray to use.

I use this product once a day. I've been asked by both my dentist & his assistant how I keep my teeth so clean. A big part of the answer is this product. I'm 62 years old and never had a cavity ... and also have very white teeth.

I have used this gel for years. Sometimes it is a little thicker than others and one tube was basically liquid, but it had gotten hot. My teeth are naturally a little yellow, but with this product, they are WHITE - even on the back. I use a tray that came with an earlier kit. Even my dentist was asking what I used - she was suprised at the price and the great results from an over-the-counter product.

The first three tubes were GEL and worked great. The last 4 tubes were liquid and can't work if you can't apply it to your teeth, can it. Ended up in the trash

This product is GREAT! Trust me, I have never had white teeth, it never really affected me until someone in my family pointed it out. I would have to use photoshop effects to whiten my teeth! I had heard Crest whitening strips worked, but they were ridiculously expensive. I read great reviews about this and decided to buy it. After only the first use, I began to see results! It's so quick and easy to use and you get professional results! It does taste bad, but for a product that so efficiently whitens my teeth and makes me feel more confident, I have no complaints!
