I thought I'd try this product because its cheap. However, I did not see any results and its annoying to use. The gel comes out really thick and it's hard to make a "small continuous line" as mentioned in the directions. It gets all over the place. Recommended to leave anywhere between 5-20 min, so I tried 10 minutes and I couldnt take it anymore. Your mouth waters soo much and because the mouthguard is double sided there is nowhere for it to go without swallowing some. Even after leaving it for 10 minutes I saw NO results. I know you should use it repeatedly but some people said they saw results right away and I just did not. Maybe its because my teeth are not badly stained. Won't be using again. I think I'll try the mouth strips, seems less cumbersome.

This product works very fast. the mouth guard is helpful because if your teeth are whiter on the top you can apply only to the bottom to even out the color and then evenly whiten.

This product works great for the price and time commitment. I've used it a number of times over the past few years. Your teeth are not instantly white, but for teh 5 minutes of use, it does a good job. Would buy again.

Have been using for years. It is the same product that I purchased from my dentist except it's alot cheaper and it tastes alot better!

I tried this for the first time tonight and left the product on for 5 minutes. NO real results with the time frame I did but I noticed that I had a slight stain in between my upper front teeth that is now gone. I will be using this frequently, great product especially for the price.

I love this stuff it works great. It can be a little harsh on your gums just don't use to much and it wont get to your gums. I made my own teeth trays with just the $1 football teeth guard and it works great. I love it and at actually works plus you can put a little with your toothpaste and it gives your toothpaste extra whiting power.

first of all this is the absolute best whitening product I have ever used! However you do now need to purchase this entire set, the whitening alone will work just fine. The mouth guard that comes with this set is annoying... yes it does top and bottom at the same time buuuuut..... that makes it harder to not swallow the product. it will work exactly the same if not better if you just get the 2 dollar cheapy trays from [...]. I leave mine in for about 10 min each and my teeth are drastically whiter! I will never use another whitening product again. this is an amazing CHEAP hidden secret! lol loves it =)

I came across this product while watching a make-up blog on youtube. The blogger "Kandee Johnson" did a video on the whitening product and method she uses. This is the product she uses and I thought what the heck I will give it a shot. I am so happy that I did, I love this stuff! I have used different products in the past and always have problems with my teeth becoming sensitive after one use and end up throwing the whole box away I have NOT had any sensitivity problems with this gel. I bought mouth guards at the local mega mart like the blogger recommended. I molded it to my mouth by sticking it in boiling water for a few minutes until it was pliable then I stuck it in my mouth and pressed all around until it was in the formation of my teeth and fit my mouth perfectly. I then applied the 'Plus White' directly to my teeth using a Q-tip making sure to cover the entire surface, lastly I put in the mouth guard so that i don't rub off all the gel before the 5 minutes is over. This stuff works I have been using it once a day for over a week and I plan on stopping daily use and just using it once every couple of weeks to keep my teeth the bright white that they now are. I have only been using it for a few weeks so I don't know about the lasting effects but I love it already. My only complaint is the first time I used it I got some on my gums and it really irritated them so I waited a couple of days before doing it again and now I am much more careful about getting it on my gums. This product also makes your mouth water while the gel is on your teeth and so I think that it would be hard to use for much longer then 5 minutes. the directions state that for tough stain to leave it on your teeth for 15-20 minutes, which I think would be very hard with out swallowing some.
Bottom line, I love this stuff and will keep buying it.
