It says to use for 5-15 minutes depending on your teeth stains, but it's hard to keep it in because of the saliva collection. No rapid results, but over time the product works. Overall good price for what you get. I've tried the Crest Night Effects, several Rembrandt products and Colgate simply white, but this is BY FAR the best whitening system I have tried. Not only the best but also the least expensive so I guess the saying, "You get what you pay for" is not always true. Today is my fifth day using it (I've been using it three times a day instead of four), and I don't see how my teeth can get any whiter than they are now! Simple and convenient to use with lasting results and only need to use occasionally to maintain results. Product lasts a really long time and makes it not only the best whitener, but the best value. I have been using for over a year and have gotten a lot of positive comments on having a very bright smile. I love this product!
