I bought this stuff along with the stuff that you can use in a tray or swab on with a Q-tip, and have used this a handful of times and the other stuff twice. I bought them both because it was still WAY cheaper than white strips and the like. I can already tell that they are working! I have porcelain crowns on my two front teeth, which I had made a shade lighter in color than the rest of my teeth at the time. Whitening products do not affect the porcelain, nor do they stain as easily as natural teeth. So when my own teeth start to look dingy relative to my crowns, I know it's time to do something! This stuff, as I described my very minimal usage thus far, already has my natural teeth at the same color as my crowns. I'm impressed.
Apply your regular toothpaste to a wet toothbrush. Apply a ribbon of Plus White Whitening Booster on top of the existing toothpaste. If necessary, press gently into the toothpaste ribbon when applying the Booster, so the products stay on the toothbrush head. Brush teeth thoroughly, preferably after each meal or at least twice daily. After brushing, rinse thoroughly and avoid swallowing any residual product.
