When the Hourglass first came out, it was a great product, very effective and comfortable. But starting in November, increasingly since, the product would stick to my underwear and pull apart into shreds, leaving a horrid mess to clean up and terrible embarrassment.

I tried using this product, but found it was not absorbent enough. The shape is good, but the pad is too short for me. It might work for someone smaller than me and for a person with less leakage than I have.

I have used the Ultra, Medium/Heavy for several years. After moving about for a few hours, the pad width would bunch together and become narrower from walking. This naturally makes it less likely to catch liquid. I received a sample from the company not realizing that the Hourglass pads are a different product. The Hourglass pads are designed to stay more stabile and not bunch together. They are FANTASTIC! You may go on the company's web site and get a sample. The Poise brand has better adhesive strips than the competitor.
