I have been looking for a pad for quite some time now that isn't took thick and/or too short. This one is nice and long and doesn't feel like I have a brick between my legs. Upon first sight, you may think this pad isn't going to be absorbent enough because it is not as thick as a maxi kotex pad; however, it is much better than a maxi pad plus it helps with odors. I will continue to purchase this item, they are great.

I started using this liner more than 12 years ago when I was traveling for business. I used them to keep my trouser/pants fresh to be worn for 2 or more days and limit laundery and packing. They were wonderful. I have had several kidney problems since then and the liners give me confidence that I a dry and clean and pants stay fresh enough to wear at least 2 days.
Wonderful, confident.

Unfortunately, stress incontinence happens (ah-choo, lol, hop-scotch, bouncing-no-no). I've used the thicker longs, and those are too thick, but the length was great. These are not long enough. May be same length (I haven't measured to know), but these do not provide adequate coverage.

I am glad you came out with the longer version. I had tried 'other' long liners, and they were also WIDE at both ends,,,, did not work for me... these are GREAT. Thank you at last.

I have used Poise liners for about 4 years now, since I started to notice light bladder leakage following my hysterectomy (at age 47). I prefer the "long" liners, since they provide better coverage from front to back. The only improvement that I would like to suggest is the addition of a "scented" liner, since these unscented liners do not disguise the urine odor very well, especially when the liner gets heavily soaked (one good laugh, cough, or sneeze, will do it these days!!!). Otherwise, I highly recommend using these liners if you experience LBL, since they are much more absorbent than just regular "period" pads/liners.

I love the way the pads are wrapped.. They are small enough to put in the purse, and easy to unfold. I also like them being folded for sanitary reasons..
They stay in place and keep me dry all day.

If you are an outdoorswoman, and find yourself in nature when nature calls, these are great to wear. You don't need to dry with TP and carry the used TP out of the woods.
