I use these for my little dog who is a "marker". By placing a pad inside his belly band....a garment that wraps around the waist and covers his private part...I have the security of knowing my furniture will not be "owned"! Many use feminine pads for this, but I find Posie pads are much better because they absorb A LOT of urine.

I have used them daily for the last several years. They not only catch leaks, but they also neutralize odors, and they hold A LOT. They would be PERFECT if they had an hour-glass shape; my only problem is that the middle tends to bunch up, but that hasn't stopped me from using them regularly.

These pads are fine, just a whole lot bigger than I expected. Noted on the packages as being "For moderate protection," they are so large and thick I think they would handle higher levels of protection. I rated them as 3 stars only because of their bulkiness. They do offer excellent protection.

When I ordered it i wasnt sure about the size, but it is same as what is in the stores here.

This product is for my mother. She has decided she needs a more absorbent product, so we will be changing to a more absorbent pad.

I'm not interested in taking more meds so this takes care of my incontinence leaks perfectly.

My only suggestion would be to make them longer.
