this product performed well and was easy to use. Now they changed the packaging and the individual wrap is had to open and clumsy to deal with. they really messed it up. i wont buy them anymore.

I can go months, not needing my Poise pads, then I'll go months needing them.
I had to work up the courage to buy these things, but doing so helped, big time. Now, when I laugh at someone's joke there is no need to be running to the bathroom at the same time. When I sneeze, I only have to worry about one end leaking! If you've been putting this purchase off, don't! Go ahead and give it a try. I just wish I'd figured it out when I was forty.

I work out at Curves three times a week and I started having a problem when I would jump. I didn't want to give this up since it was helping me stay in shape. I tried the Poise and it really helped. It's very handy to carry in my gym bag.
