It was easy to install. The water pressure when using both the handheld and the shower head was not too bad. I put the handheld down farther in the shower so it hits me from both the front and the back and now enjoy my morning showers more than ever.

The only metal part is the hose for the hand held unit. From the ad I assumed "chrome meant plated metal. shame on me for assuming, should have known price was too good to be true. All parts have a great look for plastic,hope the plating holds up, spray options are great,good spray patterns with hi or low pressure settings on my fixed bath fixture . I would still have purchased it if I had known so much of it was plated plastic. Just wish this would have been made clear in the listing. For this I can only go 4 stars.
