I am surprised that it actually works. I got it in a store and it was about 2 bucks more expensive than this site and I thought there is no harm to try. I used to buy whitening products that are 15 times more expensive than this product so I did not have much expectation when I bought it, just wanna give it a try.
One week later, i realized my whole face is lighter in color. I randomly told my friend about it and she bought one bottle. Then I went home and examined more clearly at my skin under light just to find out some of freckles actually were 50-60% gone. The small ones are even disappeared. It works for me. Smell is not the best and texture is thick but as a night treatment it is ok.

I have many freckles on my chest and was anxious to fade them out as I'm very sun protection conscious these days. This cream is very difficult for my skin to absorb. It doesn't rub in easily at all and after about two days, I have the worst case of itchy hives on my chest ever. The cream is heavy and somewhat stinky and nothing too inviting to put on at bedtime!

I never have been allergic to any skin care before, but this product gave me a terrible symptom. After using this product for 2-3 times, my face was very itchy, red, dry ,flake. NOT RECOMMENDED!!

I'm NOT sensitive to skin cares, but I have terrible allergic for this one on my face, but even when I apply it onto my neck or arm, it's TOO heavy, and not moisture at all. What's worse, the SMELL is TERRIBLE!!! Make me sick. There're too many products that are way better than this.

Was using another age-spot product that actually worked but was apparently taken off the market so needed to find something else to fight brown-spots on face and hands. Rave reviews convinced me to give it a try... and this is not a good product. I can't sleep at night with a heavy paste-like substance on my face! Even a small, thin layer is like glue-paste. Even when I tried rubbing it in, it did not absorb at-all... I even tried rewashing my face and starting again - nope. I have no idea if it works or not because there is no way for me to comfortably sleep at night with this stuff on my face and chances are it would only rub-off on my pillowcase. Was really hoping to get something OTC rather than spent $$ via Office Visit or Spa Treatments. :-(

Have tried other night time treatments. Porcelana Night beat them all. Price is right, and results are clearly visible. Not an over night cure, but great for the long run.

Evens skin tone. My brown spots have disappeared or lightened. Very pleased with results and with product. If you compare its price to that of a "name" brand, you will find the latter does no more than Porcelana. No wonder it has been around forever.

I bought this to fade red spots left by acne (some were over a year old). Noticed immediate lightening of older spots. I have been reapplying every night for the past 10 nights and it has definitely brightened my complexion overall. I've read the other reviews and it seems Porcelana works better for some than others. Glad I tried it!
Also, I am VERY prone to breakouts from lotions, conditioners, etc., but have not had any trouble with Porcelana in this regard. Very thick, so you don't have to use a lot. Once dry, it is not greasy or heavy feeling at all. Does have a "different" smell to it, but that seems to fade pretty quickly.
In case you are a acne scar sufferer, this product has no real affect on the texture of indented scars, but fades the underlying redness effectively and relatively quick.

This product contains 2% Hydroquinone. It worked great. I was able to use the day cream and the night cream with great results. I have done the 7% before which made my skin flake off. Not a pretty site. This one I can use everyday, twice a day and it lightened my darks spots with out my skin peeling off. The key to making this work for me was to apply the cream (it's thick) It doesn't rub in right away but if you leave it for 3 to 5 mins and then apply your own face cream over it. You will have great results. I will continue to use this product.

Apply a small amount as a thin layer on the affected area twice daily, or use as directed by a doctor. If no improvement is seen after 3 months of treatment, use of this product should be discontinued.
Lightening effect of this product may not be noticeable when used on very dark skin. Limit sun exposure by using a sunscreen agent, sun blocking agent, or protective clothing to cover bleached skin after using this product in order to prevent darkening from reoccurring.
Children under 12 years of age do not use unless directed by a doctor.
