Calcium with Vit D, Phosphous and Magnesium. This medically recommended ingredient combination is intended to produce maximum absorption and utilization. I had read that much of the calcium in typical supplements is never taken up by the body but I am optimistic that this Posture D ingredient combindation is superior to most supplements. Pills are large but scored to make it easy to break them in half and swallow. Have taken two pills daily for several years and feel Posture-D has increased my bone strength and perhaps even general stamina, without gas, constipation or skin breakouts (which calcium supplements often caused me). Love this product and our health conscience children also use.

I like the product, but afraid to take it because it contains Sodium Laureth Sulfate which is a known carcinogenic. It is the main ingredient used in most shampoos, tooth paste, and other lathering agents. I did not read the ingredients prior to ordering. The company has such a great product. I just don't understand why they would pollute it with this stuff!

I have used this procudt for 20 years. Although I am over 65, have gone through chemo, and probably have more than my share of alcohol, my bone density remains high.

I have osteopina and take Posture D every morning. It is the first calcium product that I have been able to take without negative consequences. I think I had tried every other calcium product prior to this and had to give them up because of the side effects. Posture D is easy to take and has helped strengthen my bones.

I'm not a big fan of dairy products, but don't want to end up with osteoporosis. Though I sometimes enjoy Greek yogurt or string cheese, I take 1 Posture D pill everyday with my multi-vitamin. This is the only calcium supplement that will not cause gas distress. That's the reason I started buying it and the reason that I will always buy this product.

This is the only calcium product that is not Calcium Carbonate that has enough calcium to meet my needs -- small white woman at high risk for osteoporosis.

I have not found a calcium product that "marries" Vitamin D (500 IU), phosphorus (280 mg), and magnesium (50 mg). These are crucial to the absorption of the calcium. Vitamin D is not the only important "partner" with calcium, but no other manufacturer seems to care. The majority of calcium products also give only 500 mg of this important mineral. Posture D is very, very difficult to find across the counter and drugstore.com always has plenty in stock when I need it.

I started taking Posture-D about 14 years ago when I found out that all the other brands contain lead. In fact, Posture-D is the only Calcium supplement on the market that does not. I've also found out recently that it's become very difficult to find in my area - I used to find it at[@]. None of them had it and didn't really know why, so I'm somewhat concerned that maybe they are going to stop making it and that's why it's no longer available in many of the stores. I simply came online to drugstore.com and bought 5 bottles. Sadly, if they do stop making it, I just won't take anything as I'm not about to ingest lead.
Two caplets daily to provide a daily source of calcium and phosphorus, or as recommended by your physician. Can be taken with your multivitamins. Store in a dry place, 59 - 86 °F (15 - 30 °C).
