It is made with a high quality and sturdy plastic. It is all one piece so there are no hidden cracks or spaces that allow for germs to grow. This makes it so much more sanitary. The sturdiness of it is also a comforting thing to kids. My little man was hesitant to sit down but then smiled when he realized how secure he felt. It is made with higher sides and a rounded back. It contours my little guy perfectly. The seat is wide enough for his little bottom and he actually is very comfortable.There are no sharp pieces to worry about scratching him. Also with boys you have to worry about the spray factor. The Pourty Potty has a rounded splash guard section to help with this. I had one before with a separate fold up piece to work as a guard. I was always so worried he would scrape himself. Plus it was another piece to remove and clean.Here is a little video so you can see how awesome it is! This is the best potty training tool I have seen or used. I really believe that this potty will help train my son. He enjoys his potty time now. It is more enjoyable for us both. It is cleaner, safer, more comfortable and more practical. I love watching him get so excited when he "has to go" now!

It's definitely worth the money. It's very light-weight, much more so than any other one we have ever used and I have had 5 children.

It's quality material that won't break or buckle, so it will stand the test of time. It comes in various colors for both boys and girls which is precious.

The greatest thing about it is that it is easy to clean for moms like me who don't have tons of extra time on our hands to clean anymore than we already have to. They pee, you pour and rinse out. One piece, no grooves, no places to have to scrub and find that are hidden.
