Comments about Power Crunch Protein Energy Bar, Cookies & Cream, 12 ea: We are enjoying a low-carb, high-protein diet. It's the easiest most productive diet I have ever been on. I used to get shaky if I didn't eat. Now my sugar levels stay even all the time. I'm not hungry trying to find something to eat that won't mess up my day. I love this diet and these bars are a real joy. I use them for breakfast, for late afternoon snack or even sometimes for a meal replacement. We thought the Peanut Butter was best but then we tried the cookies and cream and now the double chocolate. They are all wonderful! I looked for some of my fav CLIF bars but didn't see them so I went for this bar. I thought oh well I'm sure it will be gross but I need a snack and the protein. To my surprise, this bar was delicious. I really couldn't believe it. I intended to just eat half and go into class, before I knew it, because it was so light and tasty, I had eaten the entire bar and had told 3 people about it before class.
