I've tried just about every protein/snack bar ever made, and I have found the Pria bar to be the most satisfying of all. Some have higher protein levels but also higher fat and calories, and this one seems to be the best overall bar for nutrition and my needs. I keep a box in the refrigerator, and I find the cold bars taste the best (but don't freeze them). In my fast-paced life, it's great to be able to grab a bar on the go and be satisfied. I've also lost weight since I started eating these bars instead of less healthier snacks.

Each bar is just under 1 oz. that may be why they are inexpensive. In any case, note that a couple of reviewers eat one or two. So there goes the cost savings. But if you have some discipline, the good is that it is a good small calorie count (110) if you eat just one. But, only 1 gram of fiber isn't too good.
Overall, shop elsewhere where you might get some more substance and taste for a bit more per bar--- but NOT per ounce. Look for whole grains and lower sugar load.
I always buy these bars, but the last batch I bought from drugstore.com tasted off. Like the put the french vanilla crisp in the chocolate peanut crisp package. And I do not like french vanilla. I will give it one more try.
I am on Jenny Craig and I eat these instead of their anytime bars. They don't have as much fiber or protein, but they taste better, still only have 110 calories and cost a lot less.

I find these bars to be very good! I am not a fan at all of protein bars but these are quite good. I like to eat one as a lunch supplement and add a piece of fruit. Very good and would recommend. These are really good but mint chocolate cookie is my favorite, followed by vanilla!
As a diabetic, I sometimes find myself unable to get from one diet-conscious meal to another without my blood sugars "crashing". This power bar, unlike many, provides just enough sugar (along with other energizing ingredients) to quickly restore my chemical balance and get me back to my activities. It is especially tasty, so it is both a diet supplement and a treat.
