Nutrition and taste in a bar. Helps keep me on track and on program. Get that boost of energy mid-day and comforts that sweet tooth all at the same time.
Medical issues keep me from being as active as I should be. So maintaining a healthy balanced diet is extremely important to me as I strive to maintain a 150 lbs weight loss.

A nice crispy texture. No overwhelming peanut or peanut butter taste. Not too sweet. Not really a protein or energy bar really, so no nasty vitamin taste. There are raisins in it which add a nice touch to the taste as well. The best bars I've purchased from here so far. I will try them in the cranberry flavor next for sure, hopefully they will continue to be priced on sale because the low price was an added bonus. The only negative I can think of is they may be a bit on the small size for people who like to eat in larger quantities as I do not that their purpose is to be very filling and supplement a meal.
