I use these gels during my long runs, taking one gel every 5 miles. It usually kicks in after 2 miles and I could feel the energy for the next3 miles before taking the next gel. Good taste and easy to swallow, so works perfectly for training and races.

great product for a quick pick me up w/out all the chewing and therefore stopping during a run. it's like eating carbs AND drinking an electrolyte drink when eaten with water. i don't run long distances (13.1+ miles) without it!!
