Some months my pms is worse than others so I have been searching for something that could help. My main symptoms are usually irritability and water retention. I purchased this last month but had no pms so I held off on trying it. Well last night I felt the symptoms coming on, and immediately took two of these. I wish I would have found this product sooner!!!! I can't even believe what a difference I felt in an hour's time. It completely took the edge off. I felt relaxed and happy, and after feeling like I was retaining glass after glass of water all day without having to use the bathroom, I felt an immediate difference in my bloating. I took this at about 7pm, so the only problem I can think of is I had to get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom...which I didn't mind because I was so thrilled it was working! The diuretic in this worked like magic for me, and since I find that to be the worst symptom of pms for me, I couldn't be happier. The only thing that I wish was different is the size of the pills. They are pretty big and not that easy for me to swallow since they're not coated. That would never stop me from taking this though! I probably wouldn't take this in the morning since it almost relaxes you too much, but after work, I will be taking 2 more of these today. I don't know how long this stuff stays in your system, but I still feel great this morning, no irritability and still using the restroom to get rid of that water :-) This is a miracle product for me and I don't ever want to be without it! Thank you so much Premsyn for making a product that truly helps women!!!

I've been using this forever too. I've tried all the others out there and I'll never go back after finding this product.

It works on all my menstrual symptoms: headache, backache, cramps, bloating, bitchiness...you name it. I even take it when I have a really bad headache non-period time - my dad is convinced and buys it for his backaches, lol!

It can make you sleepy, if I take this before bed, I sleep really well. But it's not like it made me fall asleep at work or while I was driving.

I have endometriosis and I have SEVERE cramps and this is THE ONLY thing that works (besides prescription drugs with gnarly side effects).

I've been using this for as long as I can remember. It definitely helps with cramps, but I am mostly happy that it helps with the emotional symptoms I get right before my period. My husband is happy about that too! If I can remember to take it ahead of time, it works wonders. If I take it during the day I start by taking 1/2 tablet, sometimes I can take one tablet during the day and not get sleepy, but I only do that if I'm super crabby or depressed. (I'm very sensitive to drugs that have drowsiness as a side-effect, but 1/2-1 tablet usually doesn't bother me.) I tell every woman I know who has PMS to try this!

My daughter suffers from very severe back cramps and because she's in pain of course she has mood swings. When she first started her cycle 2 years ago, I gave her Teen Midol. That stopped working so I gave her extra-strength Midol. That only worked for two hours. I found this product at the local pharmacy and thought to have her try it. She loves it. She is no longer bed ridden the first two days of her period and just of course now, she's not moody. She hasn't suffered from drowsiness as others. Today, I ordered three boxes so that I won't run out anytime soon!! Thank-You Prymsyn!!!

This is the only menstrual medicine that works for me. It makes me relax and in turn makes my cramps settle down. I have even given it to my husband when his back is aching from working out too hard.

I suffer from extreme cramps and mood swings on occasion before and during my period. I took this medicine yesterday for the first time and it really works better than any OTC medicine available, however do not underestimate its ability to make you drowsy. Within a half an hour of taking it, I became EXTREMELY sleepy and had no problem sleeping a full 8 hours with no pain. I cannot imagine taking this medication every 4-6 hours as directed on the box -- I'd be constantly asleep. Otherwise, excellent product!

About thenty years now after i got my tubes tied. I started haveing really really had times with my peoirds. Very bad cramps ,very bloating, back ackes,and very very bad mood swings. I went to my doctor to find out what was wrong and he said nothing was wrong just life. So i tryed everything under the sun and nothing worked i mesn nothing i did worked.Then i found premsyn pms. Houla!!!!!!!!!!!! Finnly somthing that was like a miricle.. I started taking it and month after month and i was able to cope with everything and everybody..It was the best thing ever and to this dayit saves me every month.Like i start taking it a week before my peirod, oh and let me tell you if i dont people can tell. They ask me what is the matter with you and its only gotten worst with age .Ima in my middle 40s and if i dont take it or dont relize it , ima taking some ones haed off. But the good ,great news is i take 3 and tell people wait 30 muints and i can deal with you .ITS SO TRUE .Icould live with my peiodr with out it.YOU konw that my faimly says THEY WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU DID YOU FORGET TO TAKE YOUR PICOY PILLS. That is how bad i am . I use to lock my self in the bed room just so i would hurt any one with my moods and say the wrong things. I've never felt drowsy while taking this. I usually take 2 pills when I start feeling sluggish, mild back aches, and a slight twinge in my stomach a few days before my period starts. I take it as I need it until the pain stops a few days later and I'm fine! I used to have to skip school or call into work before I found this medicine 2 years ago. The only pain relief I got was a heating pad and sleeping it off, but now I'm good to go as long as I have Premsyn :)
