in our test kitchen, herbs stayed fresh for over 3 weeks in 'herb-savor', compared to 3-5 days in refrigerator only.
Works amazingly well. Have used only for cilantro and parsley so far. Nice compact design for storing in refrig but doesn't quite hold a large bunch when first purchased. Also must trim the bottoms quite a bit.

I don't like this product. A tall handful of basil had to be trimmed quite a bit to fit; there isn't a lot of "height" for bunches of herbs. The unit is pretty big and clunky, though it does fit in the fridge door fine. In 2 weeks my basil was a soggy, rotten mess. When I took the herb savor out of the door shelf, the water spilled everywhere. It may work for some herbs, but I can't imagine that it is any better than damp paper towels and a zip-lock bag.
I love the concept of preserving herbs as long as possible. I throw out a lot of spoiled items if I don't use them every day. The design is pleasing to the eye and easy to use.
I was plesently surprised how long this savor kept my parsley fresh. I cook with parsley often but only use a little bit at a time. I didnt know such a product existed but I am very happy I found it.
