The wipes are amazingly soothing after a bowel movement. They are great for traveling as well - I keep one box at home and the other with my traveling bag. The wipes are large, so you can actually rip them in half and extend your use per wipe.

Use after every movement. Cleans as well as soothes. Since started use haven't had issues with itching uncomfortable swamp *** etc. More importantly have not had a problem with hemorrhoids at all since. Would recommend highly for uses medically and preventive.

These are very soothing and the witch hazel is very good as a freshener. It helps with irritation and discomfort especially with continued use.

I use this product to feel fresh and clean, for both areas listed on the package.
I like the thickness of these wipes. They are hygenic and soothing.
I think the packaging is ridiculous though. The hard plastic lid makes getting the wipes out very difficult, As well as adding unnecessary waste to the planet. They should do away with the plastic lid, and just use the re-sealable, peel back tape.

Really cleans well. Long term use helps in reducing inflammation so they subside in size and annoyance. If use a lot can be expensive and do not like packaging which screams Prep H. If you can, hide it behind something or in cabinet under sink.
